On the 23rd -24th of November Confidence Information Services held another one engaging executive retreat. For the second time Izmir, the region where the most modern Turkish refineries and the country’s leading petrochemical cluster are located, became the place for our meeting.
The executive retreat "TURKEY – BLACK SEA AND EAST MED REFINING AND TRADING" brought together regional production, refining, trading and logistics executives in a comfortable informal atmosphere.

On the first informational day, leading industry analysts provided the participants with the latest forecasts on the development of regional markets, trade flows, processing and logistics capacities. Discussions began in the conference room and continued in the coffee break areas.

On the second day of our retreat we had an excellent opportunity to visit and investigate the largest petrochemical cluster - SOCAR Aliaga Storage, STAR Refinery, Petkim. During the technical visit the delegates continued to communicate about the prospects for the development of the industry, exchanged experiences and ideas.
