The Caspian & Central Asia Executive Retreat brings key market players together in Baku for two days: sharp, informal discussion, followed by a technical visit to one of the region’s key industry sites.

TECHNICAL VISIT
We spend the second day at one of the key hubs of Caspian oil logistics. Terminal Dubendi - Aztransrail FZE is located on the Absheron coast, close to Baku, and receives the region's oil and oil products, including transit cargoes from neighbouring Caspian countries. Delegates will see how the terminal works on one of the Caspian's main routes and can discuss the topics of the first day with its specialists.
VENUE & FORMAT
The Retreat takes place in hospitable Baku, in an informal, closed-door and exclusive Executive Retreat format, built for candid discussion among market practitioners rather than scripted panels. Sessions run on Day One; Day Two is dedicated entirely to the technical visit and the recreational programme.
NETWORKING
A welcome reception, working lunches, coffee breaks and a gala dinner are built into the programme, so the conversations continue well beyond the conference room.
