The Caspian & Central Asia Executive Retreat brings key market players together in Baku for two days: sharp, informal discussion, followed by a technical visit to one of the region’s key industry sites.

Delegates will visit a leading refining, petrochemical or logistics facility in Baku and its surroundings, with a guided tour of the site. The venue will be confirmed closer to the event; all registered delegates will be notified as soon as it is confirmed.

The Retreat takes place in hospitable Baku, in an informal, closed-door and exclusive Executive Retreat format, built for candid discussion among market practitioners rather than scripted panels. Sessions run on Day One; Day Two is dedicated entirely to the technical visit and the recreational programme.

A welcome reception, working lunches, coffee breaks and a gala dinner are built into the programme, so the conversations continue well beyond the conference room.
